La idea de este producto es buenísima, y el resultado está bastante bien. La instalación es muy sencilla, se conecta rápidamente al móvil y está listo para jugar. Los materiales no parecen muy resistentes, habrá que ver si aguanta los 2 años que indican en la web.

En cuanto al producto en sí, tiene bastante acierto. Los mini juegos son muy divertidos, y las estadísticas de tiro también. Se equivoca algunas veces, sobre todo cuando rebota en la canasta el balón, algo que se podría mejorar poniendo un tiempo mínimo entre canasta y canasta. Pese a todo, muy recomendado, es un producto que si siguen trabajando en el va a revolucionar la forma de jugar al baloncesto. Envío rapidísimo en 24 horas.

Super produit pour s'entraîner ou s'amuser. On se prend au jeu et on passe de supers moments avec ses enfants.

Le produit bien mais appli pas fiable

Le produit est correct et fait le job. Facile à installer, compte bien les paniers et les loupés malgré quelques erreurs (faux postif ou faux négatif).

En revanche l'application n'est clairement pas au niveau. Sa fiabilité est déplorable. Par exemple, on lance le compteur pour 100 shoot marqué, à la fin de la session, l'appli se ferme sans enregistrer les résultats. Très frustrant.

On achète ce produit pour une expérience sympa et l'appli vient complètement ruiner ça.

En gros l'expérience est décevante. Je trouve cela dingue que Decathlon ne dispose pas d'un système de "bug report" fiable pour améliorer ses applications. Dotant plus que Décathlon peut s'appuyer sur une communauté d'utilisateurs hyper passionnés.

Je comprends tout à fait votre frustration, en particulier après une série de 100 tirs.
Les statistiques de vos sessions de jeu ne sont pas enregistrées lorsque vous utilisez un profil invité. Si vous étiez sur votre profil personnel, cela devrait être le cas, sinon c'est qu'il y a eu un problème.
Pour toutes les remontées / questions sur l'application, nous avons un site support avec un formulaire de prise de contact avec nos conseillers disponible depuis l'onglet "réglages" et "decathlon support". Cela vous permet de faire part de toutes vos remarques, et pour nous de nous assurer qu'il n'y a pas de problème non identifié.

Offert pour un jeune joueur, tout le mode se prend aux jeux proposés par l'anneau. Seul ou à 2, c'est assez fin et mine de rien on joue! par contre gros bémol sur la solidité: après 8 mois d'installation, les attaches élastiques sont éffilochées voire cassées ce qui rend l'anneau inutilisable sans bidouiller d'autres attaches... je vais me le faire échanger.

I bought this to improve the shooting accuracy of myself (F 54) and my friend (M 55). It was easy to install on the Tarmak B900 BOX hoop that I have. At first, we were not able to connect to the app after many attempts on both android and iphone. Then we checked the troubleshooting which stated that a new battery might be needed. I bought a battery for 3.30 CHF and installed it and we were able to connect and play the games. We found the games to be exciting and fun and could see our shooting percentage increase rapidly. The sound effects make it like being in a video game. :-)

I would have given the hoop 5 stars, but because I had to replace a battery in a NEW product that cost 55 CHF, I deducted 1 star. My opinion is that a product MUST work straight out of the box.

Please consider adding a plastic film to block the battery contacts or pack the battery separately to prevent this problem for future purchasers. I would also like a refund of the cost of the battery.

I bought this to improve the shooting accuracy of myself (F 54) and my friend (M 55). It was easy to install on the Tarmak B900 BOX hoop that I have. At first, we were not able to connect to the app after many attempts on both android and iphone. Then we checked the troubleshooting which stated that a new battery might be needed. I bought a battery for 3.30 CHF and installed it and we were able to connect and play the games. We found the games to be exciting and fun and could see our shooting percentage increase rapidly. The sound effects make it like being in a video game. :-)

I would have given the hoop 5 stars, but because I had to replace a battery in a NEW product that cost 55 CHF, I deducted 1 star. My opinion is that a product MUST work straight out of the box.
