The backboard shattered after 2 years while simply shooting baskets. The backboard shattered after 2 years while simply shooting baskets. The company claims that the net has to be stored away during winter and poor weather and leaving the net outside voids the warranty -- so an outdoor basketball net that CAN'T be left outdoors. Terrible customer service and the representatives at the store had the audacity of accusing my children of lying about the event. Overall terrible experience
