Acheté en Novembre ou Décembre 2023. Très content dès les premiers mois d'utilisation. Silencieux, bonne vitesse et inclinaison importante, lié avec l'application KINOMAP.
Depuis quelques semaines, j'ai un bruit important de frottement, lorsque je cours, sur le milieu du tapis au niveau de la bande de roulement ou sur le tablier de l'appareil. Ce qui n'est pas le cas lorsque je cours sur les cotés (gauche ou droite) ou vers l'arrière du tapis.
C'est à la limite dangereux du fait que le tapis ralenti énormément et d'un seul coup, pour reprendre ensuite la vitesse. Très déstabilisant.

J'ai passé la main entre la bande de roulement et le "tablier", j'ai l'impression que la plaque métallique (le tablier?) est fendillée, ce qui donne ce bruit aussi lorsque les pieds se posent à cet endroit.

Je souhaite recevoir un support de qualité pour la remise en état de ce tapis. Dans l'immédiat, je ne conseille pas ce tapis !!!

Acheté en octobre, premier essai très concluant, agréable, souple, silencieux, vitesse élevée et pente importante.
Au bout de quelques semaines un bruit de frottement apparait lorsque le pied appuie sur la bande de roulement, aussi un bruit de roulement sur l'avant du tapis.
Service après vente efficace, une intervention pour changer moteur, plaque sous la bande de roulement qui était abimée sans savoir pourquoi alors que le tapis n était pas utilisé de facon intensive.

Le bruit revient de nouveau.
Un nouveau tapis livré en mars, même problème quelques semaines après (2 ou 3).

Le tapis a été repris par décathlon et un remboursement demandé.

Il y a peut être un défaut sur ce modèle, je ne le conseille pas, un ami a eu les mêmes soucis.

Par contre service après vente rien à dire, très efficace quand on arrive à les avoir rapidement au téléphone.

Après 30 jours d utilisation , le produit eepond a notre besoin. Il est confortable, ludique et silencieux.
J ai fait le choix de le monter et j y suis arrivé sans souci….la seule difficulté est survenue pour l assemblage du casing en plastique de la console centrale😔😉

J espère que mon expérience avec ce produit restera positive dans le temps

Bon tapis avec Kinomap Mais.......

Acheté en Novembre ou Décembre 2023. Très content dès les premiers mois d'utilisation. Silencieux, bonne vitesse et inclinaison importante, lié avec l'application KINOMAP.
Depuis quelques semaines, j'ai un bruit important de frottement, lorsque je cours, sur le milieu du tapis au niveau de la bande de roulement ou sur le tablier de l'appareil. Ce qui n'est pas le cas lorsque je cours sur les cotés (gauche ou droite) ou vers l'arrière du tapis.
C'est à la limite dangereux du fait que le tapis ralenti énormément et d'un seul coup, pour reprendre ensuite la vitesse. Très déstabilisant.

J'ai passé la main entre la bande de roulement et le "tablier", j'ai l'impression que la plaque métallique (le tablier?) est fendillée, ce qui donne ce bruit aussi lorsque les pieds se posent à cet endroit.

Je souhaite recevoir un support de qualité pour la remise en état de ce tapis. Dans l'immédiat, je ne conseille pas ce tapis !!!

Trop de défaillances

Acheté en octobre, premier essai très concluant, agréable, souple, silencieux, vitesse élevée et pente importante.
Au bout de quelques semaines un bruit de frottement apparait lorsque le pied appuie sur la bande de roulement, aussi un bruit de roulement sur l'avant du tapis.
Service après vente efficace, une intervention pour changer moteur, plaque sous la bande de roulement qui était abimée sans savoir pourquoi alors que le tapis n était pas utilisé de facon intensive.

Le bruit revient de nouveau.
Un nouveau tapis livré en mars, même problème quelques semaines après (2 ou 3).

Le tapis a été repris par décathlon et un remboursement demandé.

Il y a peut être un défaut sur ce modèle, je ne le conseille pas, un ami a eu les mêmes soucis.

Par contre service après vente rien à dire, très efficace quand on arrive à les avoir rapidement au téléphone.
