      we buy 2 of these in Jakarta and after approximately one year they both failed apart - the glue is just not working and insufficient - very bad quality product - do not buy !

      Nous avons acheté ce paddle en août 2021 au prix de 350 €.

      Malheureusement, après seulement environ 15 utilisations (moins de 5 fois par an pendant 3 ans et demi), il a commencé à fuir au niveau de la couture après une sortie sur un lac en eau douce. Ce n'est pas une crevaison, et nous avons toujours pris soin de l'utiliser, de le nettoyer et de le stocker correctement.

      Nous l'avons confié au service de réparation en magasin chez Décathlon, mais après deux semaines, il nous a été retourné avec cette réponse décevante :

      "Nous avons posé un premier patch, la fuite s'est déportée. Un second patch a été posé, mais la fuite continue de se déporter. Malheureusement, le paddle est mort. Au revoir."

      Le paddle n'est plus sous garantie, et nous n'avons aucun recours. Pourtant, tout indique qu'il s'agit davantage d'un défaut de fabrication que d'une erreur d'utilisation de notre part.

      Nous sommes extrêmement déçus d'avoir investi 350 € dans un produit qui, malgré un usage soigneux, s'est détérioré si rapidement. Un paddle devrait pouvoir durer plus longtemps, surtout pour un produit à ce prix.

      Nous ne recommandons pas cet achat et espérons que d'autres utilisateurs auront plus de chance que nous.

      we buy 2 of these in Jakarta and after approximately one year they both failed apart - the glue is just not working and insufficient - very bad quality product - do not buy !

      Nous avons acheté ce paddle en août 2021 au prix de 350 €.

      Malheureusement, après seulement environ 15 utilisations (moins de 5 fois par an pendant 3 ans et demi), il a commencé à fuir au niveau de la couture après une sortie sur un lac en eau douce. Ce n'est pas une crevaison, et nous avons toujours pris soin de l'utiliser, de le nettoyer et de le stocker correctement.

      Nous l'avons confié au service de réparation en magasin chez Décathlon, mais après deux semaines, il nous a été retourné avec cette réponse décevante :

      "Nous avons posé un premier patch, la fuite s'est déportée. Un second patch a été posé, mais la fuite continue de se déporter. Malheureusement, le paddle est mort. Au revoir."

      Le paddle n'est plus sous garantie, et nous n'avons aucun recours. Pourtant, tout indique qu'il s'agit davantage d'un défaut de fabrication que d'une erreur d'utilisation de notre part.

      Nous sommes extrêmement déçus d'avoir investi 350 € dans un produit qui, malgré un usage soigneux, s'est détérioré si rapidement. Un paddle devrait pouvoir durer plus longtemps, surtout pour un produit à ce prix.

      Nous ne recommandons pas cet achat et espérons que d'autres utilisateurs auront plus de chance que nous.
