I bought the cycle through online delivery. Two issues:
1. There was no air pressure in the rear tyre when the bike was delivered . I tried using pump and local shop to fill in the air but the tyre keeps partially deflating.
2. The front tyre keeps making a strange noise while riding.

Es un buen producto, ya lo llevo usando un año. Si tuve problemas de armado y al utilizarla la primera vez los piñones traseros no estaban bien ajustados, lo que arruino en su momento el mecanismo, si en taller mecánico me atendieron bien y me dijeron que no podían cambiar la bicicleta en ese momento por no tenerla en stock. A posterior se equivocaron en el cambio de piñonera y en vez de una de 9 posiciones colocaron una de 10 por lo que tenia problemas al utilizarla y al volver me insistieron que ya no podían cambiar el producto, en aquella oportunidad si cambiaron y realice un ajuste y mantención de la bicicleta y no ha tenido problemas. Si durante los primeros meses no estaba satisfecho dado el problema de armado y la sensación de manejo fue muy mala, pero tras el último ajuste a funcionado muy bien. Si como consejo cuidaría el armado al momento de la entrega dado que mi experiencia no fue buena y he leído también otros casos similares. Si reconozco que los chicos del taller son un 7.

Buen producto / solo problema de armado

Es un buen producto, ya lo llevo usando un año. Si tuve problemas de armado y al utilizarla la primera vez los piñones traseros no estaban bien ajustados, lo que arruino en su momento el mecanismo, si en taller mecánico me atendieron bien y me dijeron que no podían cambiar la bicicleta en ese momento por no tenerla en stock. A posterior se equivocaron en el cambio de piñonera y en vez de una de 9 posiciones colocaron una de 10 por lo que tenia problemas al utilizarla y al volver me insistieron que ya no podían cambiar el producto, en aquella oportunidad si cambiaron y realice un ajuste y mantención de la bicicleta y no ha tenido problemas. Si durante los primeros meses no estaba satisfecho dado el problema de armado y la sensación de manejo fue muy mala, pero tras el último ajuste a funcionado muy bien. Si como consejo cuidaría el armado al momento de la entrega dado que mi experiencia no fue buena y he leído también otros casos similares. Si reconozco que los chicos del taller son un 7.
