Once you've completed the form, our team will provide you with one of the below:

PARGO drop-off option: a unique code

HOME collection option: a collection waybill to print

 

Refund Timeline

*Once the package arrives back at our warehouse, the exchange/refund will be processed. 

Refunds take up to 14 days to reflect in your bank account after processing. 

Regarding a refund, please be advised that we can not process Ozow and snapscan refunds directly on these platforms.As such, we will have to refund you through our finance team if you made payment using the above mentioned platforms.
