      les lacets s'usent très vite, et malgré leur remplacement par des lacets achetés chez Decathlon (qui est une opération un peu technique) ils ont de nouveau cassé... rien ne vaut un laçage classique !

      Merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous remonter un avis sur notre Crossrock.

      L'avis de nos clients est important pour nous et nous permet d'améliorer la qualité de nos produits.

      Je suis sincèrement désolé pour le problème de lacet cassé.

      Nous avons conçu cette chaussure pour qu'elle soit le plus résistante possible et au meilleur prix.

      Pour autant, lors de nos séances d'observation et d'analyse nous avons constaté plusieurs choses :

      -Les lacets trainent parfois sur le sol et s'usent donc plus rapidement.

      -Les enfants sont parfois sur les genoux et sollicitent le dessus de la chaussure notamment l'avant et parfois les lacets.


      Nous avons donc retravailler les lacets de la manière suivante :

      -Rechercher et valider un lacet intrinsèquement plus résistant

      -Rajouté un élastique pour accrocher les lacets sur le dessus du pied à la place d'une pochette sur la languette

      -Rajouté de l'élasthanne à l'intérieur du lacet pour avoir un effet élastique et éviter qu'il traine au sol tout en conservant une ouverture suffisante.

      -Sur la nouvelle Crossrock qui arrive au mois d'Aout nous avons enlevé le passant plastique qui empêche le changement de lacet pour un lacet classique


      Les tests laboratoires et longue durée nous ont permit de voir que ces actions impactent positivement la durabilité des chaussures.

      les lacets s'usent très vite, et malgré leur remplacement par des lacets achetés chez Decathlon (qui est une opération un peu technique) ils ont de nouveau cassé... rien ne vaut un laçage classique !

      Merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous remonter un avis sur notre Crossrock.

      L'avis de nos clients est important pour nous et nous permet d'améliorer la qualité de nos produits.

      Je suis sincèrement désolé pour le problème de lacet cassé.

      Nous avons conçu cette chaussure pour qu'elle soit le plus résistante possible et au meilleur prix.

      Pour autant, lors de nos séances d'observation et d'analyse nous avons constaté plusieurs choses :

      -Les lacets trainent parfois sur le sol et s'usent donc plus rapidement.

      -Les enfants sont parfois sur les genoux et sollicitent le dessus de la chaussure notamment l'avant et parfois les lacets.


      Nous avons donc retravailler les lacets de la manière suivante :

      -Rechercher et valider un lacet intrinsèquement plus résistant

      -Rajouté un élastique pour accrocher les lacets sur le dessus du pied à la place d'une pochette sur la languette

      -Rajouté de l'élasthanne à l'intérieur du lacet pour avoir un effet élastique et éviter qu'il traine au sol tout en conservant une ouverture suffisante.

      -Sur la nouvelle Crossrock qui arrive au mois d'Aout nous avons enlevé le passant plastique qui empêche le changement de lacet pour un lacet classique


      Les tests laboratoires et longue durée nous ont permit de voir que ces actions impactent positivement la durabilité des chaussures.
