      Didn't expect this from a well known brand like newfeel. The sole of the shoes stared to come off after wearing them for the 5 fifth time .. wasted my money on these shoes ....

      Regarding the sole issue, we’d like to inform you that the warranty for the shoes covers sole pasting, with the exception of the front side of the toe area, which is subject to wear and tear from typical usage. Additionally, stitching-related issues are only covered if the wear is not a result of usage. Unfortunately, damage caused by regular wear and tear doesn't fall under the warranty.
