      Bonjour, malgré plusieurs moulages impossible, il ne me tient pas ,peut être que je fais une erreur, malgré le faite d’avoir regardé les vidéos et la notice.
      Il ne tient que la première fois mais dès que je l’enlève et ensuite le remets il ne tient plus. Que doit je faire ?

      Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous rencontrez des difficultés avec le maintien de votre protège-dents, malgré plusieurs tentatives de moulage en suivant la notice et les vidéos explicatives.


      Voici quelques recommandations pour optimiser l'ajustement de votre protège-dents :


      Assurez-vous que la taille du protège-dents est adaptée à votre morphologie. Pour déterminer la bonne taille, mesurez la distance entre vos canines supérieures :

      • Si cette distance est inférieure à 37 mm, optez pour une taille M
      • Si elle est supérieure à 37 mm, la taille L est recommandée


      Procédure de moulage :

      • Portez de l'eau à ébullition (100°C)
      • Plongez le protège-dents dans l'eau bouillante pendant 35 secondes
      • Retirez-le avec précaution et placez-le immédiatement dans votre bouche
      • Mordez fermement pendant quelques secondes pour qu'il prenne la forme de vos dents


      Entretien :

      • Après chaque utilisation, rincez le protège-dents à l'eau claire, séchez-le soigneusement et rangez-le dans sa boîte de rangement
      • Un entretien adéquat peut contribuer à maintenir sa forme et son efficacité
