      Je fais suite à votre avis concernant notre mug 900 et je vous présente toutes nos excuses pour le désagrément rencontré.


      Il n’est en effet pas normal que le mug ne soit pas étanche. Ce produit a pourtant été soumis à plusieurs tests, en laboratoire comme en conditions réelles avec nos utilisateurs, avant sa commercialisation. Alors vous devez faire face à un défaut de fabrication.


      Je vous invite à vous rendre en magasin afin qu’un diagnostic soit effectué. En fonction de celui-ci, un échange ou un remboursement pourra vous être proposé.

      Je fais suite à votre avis concernant notre mug 900 et je vous présente toutes nos excuses pour le désagrément rencontré.


      Il n’est en effet pas normal que le mug ne soit pas étanche. Ce produit a pourtant été soumis à plusieurs tests, en laboratoire comme en conditions réelles avec nos utilisateurs, avant sa commercialisation. Alors vous devez faire face à un défaut de fabrication.


      Je vous invite à vous rendre en magasin afin qu’un diagnostic soit effectué. En fonction de celui-ci, un échange ou un remboursement pourra vous être proposé.
