      Our hiking sandals are designed for use on walking trails. We choose and test the components of our soles to best adapt to the practice of hiking on soft footpaths (for example, woodland earthy footpaths) or mineral footpaths (for example, rocky coastal footpaths). Intensive road use (tarmac) will accelerate the wear of your soles.
      Do not use them on mountain trails with lots of elevation gains.

      What is the origin of our leather?

      We use leather called “leather crust”
      The leather for these sandals comes from cows. We do not kill any animals to obtain this leather: we only use leather waste from the agrofood industry.

      OUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

      Because we are aware that we must act to preserve our playground, Quechua is committed to limiting the environmental impact of its products.
      Today, this product is not eco-designed, but we work every day to make it more responsible: eco-design, repairability and sustainability are at the heart of our developments.

      Dopo poche settimane di utilizzo, si è rotta completamente una delle cinghie in pelle connessa alla suola. Non scollata, proprio tranciata a metà mentre camminavo in città! Contattata decathlon, la sostituzione non è possibile, perché non ho più la prova di acquisto. Legalmente ineccepibile. Avrei apprezzato l' assunzione di responsabilità per un chiaro difetto di fabbrica, che purtroppo non è avvenuta. Non una grande strategia, considerando che al momento viaggio in bicicletta con tenda, sacco a pelo, borse frontali e posteriori, borraccia e non ricordo che altro, di decathlon. Rischiare di perdere un cliente per dei sandali rotti.
      Tornando ai sandali, non c'è stato feeling fin dall'inizio neanche con la vestibilità. In particolare ho trovato molto limitante la mancanza di una regolazione posteriore.
