      Installing the weights on your weighted bar

      To change the weight on the bar, just:
      - place the bar flat on the ground
      - simply turn the rubber tips as shown on the diagrammes to lock or unlock the weights.
      To remove a weight, simply pull on the tips.
      The green weights weigh 1 kg each. It is important to remove them symmetrically.
      You can also use the weights alone if you prefer. It's easy and practical to adjust your workout

      Do 4 to 6 rounds with a recovery time between 0 and 2 minutes between each round:
      - For beginners: 20'' work, 40" recovery, then move to the next exercise
      - For intermediate users: 30'' work, 30" recovery, then move to the next exercise
      - For experienced users: 40'' work, 20" recovery, then move to the next exercise

      When you finish exercise 1, move on to the second after your recovery, and so forth:

      Over the course of your workouts, increase your work time and reduce your recovery time.

      Better to keep the intensity in your intervals; it's best to choose shorter recovery times for maximum intensity.

      Neat and wish there was a heavier version as this tops at 10KG but can do more reps

      Each internal threaded section is well finished and has a plastic ring so there is no knocking and the glide in and out easily. Can be adjusted by un screwing one from each end (each section I weighed on my scales at 950gramms. Of course removing more if desired and can go from an empty tube to the weights being securely and individually added.

      The rubber coated ends weighed in at 1460gramms and bayonet smoothly on and off.

      My only wish is that there was an option of a heavier options with heavier end weights which may need a revision / reinforcement to the plastic bayonet pole ends and end weight plastic?

      The size is excellent otherwise and it has an excellent finish. At time of purchase was £49.99 that I paid but around a month later was down to £39.99 on sale
