      my waist size is 30 and i opted for M size. even though the waist size is perfectly fit, the crouch area is tight and makes me uncomfortable. it may be because of the design at the crouch which will be more comfortable if a little bit of room for the balls is there like the other designs in decathlon products which are comforatble that i own.
