      With space for a 2-litre water bladder at the back (included, attached by hooking on) and 2 front pockets for 500-mL flasks, this bag allows you to carry up to 3 litres of water in total.
      Considering that you drink an average of 500 mL of water per hour while trail running, that gives you 6 hours of autonomy. Enough to give you peace of mind between aid stations, even in ultra-trail!

      So, what about the water bladder?

      Your bag comes with a 2-litre water bladder included, 38 x 18 cm in size. It's suitable for temperatures ranging between -20 and +40°C, for water: no milk, no alcohol, and no putting it in the microwave ;)
      The tube is 100 cm long and you can cut it to whatever length you want!

      Ogólna ocena bardzo dobra, ale z uwagami.
      Plecak używany do marszobiegów (z przewagą biegu). Rozplanowanie komór na plecach jest dobre. Duża komora na bluzę, wewnętrzna kieszeń zapinana na suwak na ważne dokumenty. Dwie mniejsze komory na wierzchu na mniejsze przedmioty. Czarna kieszeń z tyłu na dole jest zbyt luźna - jej zawartość może wypaść podczas biegu - brakuje mocniejszej gumy wszytej w jej krawędź. Paski kompresyjne zmniejszające dużą komorę bardzo użyteczne. Natomiast z przodu największym nieporozumieniem jest umieszczenie zapinanej na suwak kieszeni na telefon nad kieszonką na softlaska - w efekcie po włożeniu telefonu, nie można nic włożyć pod spód do drugiej kieszonki. Osobiście nie używam softlasków, korzystając z bukłaka z rurką wsuwanego do kieszeni na plecach oraz małych bidoników "100", w których mam rozpuszczone "mocne" izotoniki własnej roboty. Dolne przednie kieszonki są zbyt małe. Dwie otwarte i dwie zapinane na rzepik - niewygodne rozwiązanie. W kamizelce Evadict 10L te kieszonki były większe, zabezpieczone siateczkową nakładką z gumką zamykająca wylot - rozwiązanie wygodniejsze, bezpieczniejsze zapobiegające zgubieniu zawartości i gwarantujące szybki dostęp. Magnetyczny uchwyt rurki bukłaka blokujący się w poziomie również nie jest wygodny. Trzeba go nieco "rozpracować" siłowo, aby chwytał w dowolnym położeniu.
