Choosing the right compress size
Size M (30.5 x 15.5 cm) is recommended for joints:shoulders, knees, elbows, ankles.
Size L (30.5 x 24 cm) is recommended for the back, neck, thighs, and calves.It comes with a fastening pouch for optimum application.
When should you use it cold?
The cold pack can be used to reduce swellings, inflammation and pain in the event of bruising, haematoma, muscle aches and sprains.The pouch should be chilled in the freezer.
When should you use it hot?
The pouch is used for relieving muscle pain, back pain and lumbago.
It is heated in the microwave or in boiling water.
What are the precautions to adopt before using this product?
Do not use on injured or sensitive skin. Use by children or people with a cognitive disability must be monitored. Do not apply the pouch while asleep. Do not use in case of skin sensitivity (e.g. diabetes) or blood circulation problems (e.g. Raynaud's disease).
