Choosing your basketball shoes

When shopping for basketball shoes, you need to:
1- Determine your child's level and frequency of play
2- Can the child tie laces independently?
3- Pick the correct upper height: covered ankle or not?

What size to choose?

We recommend having them try on the shoes before their first practice, and choose your child's usual size for playing basketball.
There should be about 1 cm between your toe and the end of the shoe because the foot will tend to swell slightly during exercise.
Finally, make sure that your child wears basketball-specific socks that reduce friction in the areas that are most likely to get rubbed.
