The pressure of the pillow is adjustable by pressing the valve.

Directions for use

Ideally, you should get your pillow out, unroll it and open the valve as soon as you've set up camp, for easier pre-inflation. A self-inflating pillow inflates by itself up to about 80%. You will need to blow up the rest yourself, so you can adjust the pressure to your desired comfort level.
