      To practise Rhythmic Gymnastics, gymnasts need a ribbon that is the right length for their age.
      - Gymnasts under age 11 should choose a 4-metre ribbon.
      - Gymnasts aged 11 and up should choose a 6-metre ribbon.
      You can also cut the ribbon to 5 metres and sew the edge.
      We have a variety of sizes to help you find the right one.

      Changing your ribbon's length

      The French Federation of Gymnastics regulates that gymnasts aged 14 to 17 can use a ribbon measuring 5 m long.Our ribbons can be cut to 5 m.To guarantee a clean edge, you need to sew a seam at the end of the ribbon with a machine or sewing thread.

      How to maintain your ribbon

      To maintain your equipment in the best condition possible, we recommend removing the stick from the ribbon after each use and rolling up the ribbon.
