      Swim fins are ideal for swimming faster, for longer. You can simultaneously work on your heart rate and lower-body strength training (thighs, glutes, calves, core stability).

      Stiffness is characterised by the density of the material. As such, the stiffer a blade is, the greater muscular exertion will be. The more flexible a blade is, the more efficient and sweeping the kick will be. How hard you kick will depend on the type of workout you want to achieve (cardiovascular or muscle).

      La horma de esta aleta Top Fins, se demasiado estrecha, es imposible calzársela en seco, a pesar de haber elegido una talla mas (43-45) yo uso un 42, mi pie es ancho y con bastante empeine, aun asi puestas en el agua, notas bastante presión en los laterales de las aletas, que terminara cediendo tras varios largos, el talón descubierto, ayuda a calzarla, pero le resta algo de fuerza de transmisión, al ser una aleta bastante rígida, haciendo que no sea un diseño tan compacto como si tuviese talon, y notaremos una cierta presión extra en los metatarsianos en la zona de los dedos, aun siendo una aleta mas corta (5cm) que la Trainfin 500(mas flexible) su rigidez nos permite un buen avance, pero considero que es una aleta para expertos, no para iniciados, pero si nuestro es estrecho y conseguimos "domarla" conseguiremos buenos resultados en rápidez y esfuerzo muscular, creo que es una aleta que manteniendo este nivel de rigidez, su diseño y tallaje (horma) deberian ser mejorados.
