      When you run, the shock wave generated by each impact with the ground corresponds to approximately three times your weight. This wave runs from the heel to the top of the spinal column. Your joints act as shock absorbers, but this puts a lot of pressure on them. We designed the DECATHLON RUN SUPPORT BREATHE running shoes to protect you from shocks and impact.

      In order to keep on running, you need to protect your body (joints, back, knees etc.) effectively from shocks and vibrations. The cushioning in the RUN SUPPORT BREATHE shoes is designed to limit the effect of repeated impact on regular runners.

      The sole of the RUN SUPPORT BREATHE shoe is made of EVA foam, the properties and geometry of which are specifically designed for optimal cushioning.

      This shoe is very bad design whereas other shoe price of 2299 are worth buying. It is harmful on legs while running. Don't recommend it.

      I purchased shoes on Feb 2022. I writing this review after one year of use. I run between 5 to 10 km and participated 3 runs for 10k and 5k. Shoes are good and comfortable for around 10 km. Only negetive is after one year of use net got tear in left shoe. Except net quality rest is good.

      I'm brought dis shoe as an replacement with extra amount for another for which I'm having sevier left leg palm pain , and even the new shoe is causing the same pain to my left leg palm especially.
