      Position the belt at the bottom of your back, the adjustment strap should sit on your waist to maximise your comfort during use. The curved part of the belt should be placed at the top.

      Basic position: with the belt pressed against your back, keep your back straight and your bust tilted slightly forwards, you’re ready to begin!

      Ceinture inconfortable malgré plusieurs tentatives de réglages. Trop serrée : elle donne une sensation d'étouffement ; moins serrée : elle remonte. Selon moi, elle est inadaptée à la morphologie féminine car nous avons les hanches un peu plus larges que les hommes !!
      Je suis allée en magasin pour être remboursée. Refusé car elle a été utilisée une fois en piscine !! Heureusement que Décathlon vante de pouvoir se faire rembourser... ah ah ah, la blague !!
