How do you adjust your skipping rope?
To use the fast skipping rope properly, place your feet in the middle and pull it up to your shoulders. The handles should reach your armpits. Adjust the length and tighten the two screws securely using the tool supplied.

What's the best way to use your speed skipping rope?
To extend the life of your skipping rope, we recommend that you use it mainly indoors and avoid tarmac outdoor surfaces as much as possible. If not, you can add the plastic sheath to protect the rope itself.
Alternatively, you can use it on rubber tiles (Part no. : 8651539). This will extend the rope's life.

How do you store your skipping rope?
Storing your skipping rope couldn't be easier: roll it up without twisting it and slip it into one of the pockets of your Gym Bag (Part no: 8596007).

- 20 box step up
- 50 double jumps with skipping rope
- 20 burpees
