      Je suis désolé pour le désagrément rencontré.

      Concernant l'apport de chaleur, je vous conseille nos gants hiver, assemblés avec des composants efficaces contre le froid.

      Concernant l'étanchéité, vous avez raison, ils ne sont pas étanches car plus vos gants sont mouillés, plus ils accrochent, l'objectif étant de garantir une bonne accroche des mains sur le club, pas d'avoir les mains sèches.


      Néanmoins, si vous n'êtes pas entièrement satisfaite par votre paire de gant, je vous propose de venir les échanger ou demander un remboursement dans votre magasin Decathlon le plus proche.
