Thanks to their grip on the bars, these hand grips are essential for dynamic movements in bodybuilding or cross-training.

Save time during WODs with these hole-free hand grips that allow you to perform movements without removing them. They are designed to resist friction even during intense METCON.

Why use hand grips for cross training?

During WODs involving suspended gymnastic movements, we strongly recommend that you use hand grips to avoid injuring your hands. This is particularly true if you frequently do exercises such as Bar Muscle-Ups, T2B, Chest-to-bar or Pull-ups, for example!

Improve your grip even further

We recommend applying magnesium carbonate powder to the hand grips before each use to enhance your grip on the bar.

How do you choose your hand grips?

Measure the length of your palm (from the base of your wrist to the base of your middle finger).Choose size 1 if it's less than 10 cm, and size 2 if it's more than 10 cm.

How do you look after your hand grips?

Hand grips can be washed regularly:
- Apply a little black soap and rub gently.
- Leave them to soak in warm water.
- Then leave them to dry.
Now you're ready to get your WOD back on track.

En faisant un peu de rangement je suis tombé sur le modèle à 4 trous de ces maniques que j'avais acheté mais plus disponibles aujourd'hui (ref 2693140).
Elles m'avaient duré une dizaine d'utilisations avant de se déchirer, et pourtant je ne suis pas très lourd (80kg).
Habituellement satisfait des produits décathlon, celui-ci m'a déçu.
J'aurais bien posté une photo mais impossible ici.

Protègent bien les mains mais manque d'adhérence. Elles m'ont causé 2 chutes. Je glisse moins sans les maniques qu'avec. C'est un comble.

Malheureusement nous n'avons que ce modèle dans la marque Decathlon et il peut ne pas convenir par exemple sur des barres trop lisses.
Nous proposons aussi dans nos magasins des produits de la marque Picsil si vous souhaitiez changer votre achat pour un modèle qui convient mieux au type de barre sur lequel vous pratiquez.
