      Cette ceinture ne convient que pour de petites barres ce qui est très dommage, en arrivant sur des charges lourdes elle se desserre directement et devient donc inutile puisqu’elle ne maintient plus du tout le dos, elle convenait au début pour des barres légères mais plus du tout maintenant, je dois en acheter une autre, je ne la conseille que pour un petit maintien mais pas pour une utilisation intensive.
