We developed this ball for young futsal players learning technical skills and seeking a robust ball that is suited to their size.

Our design teams have made the Futsal FS100 hybrid ball with a revolutionary construction where the seams are on the inside to make the ball more robust.

Outer shell: 100.0% Polyurethane; Bladder: 20.0% Polyester, 80.0% Latex Styrene Butadiene Rubber; Inner fabric: 80.0% Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, 20.0% Polyester

TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

Design

Our design team thought about and designed this hybrid Futsal ball after observing Futsal players in action on the pitch.
This ball has a hybrid design that combines the comfort of machine-stitching with the robustness of hand-stitching.
We also used a bladder with winded thread (2 km of threads are wrapped around the bladder) to ensure robust inflation and better sphericity.

Weight

Between 400 and 440 g.

Circumference

Between 62.5 and 63.5 cm.

Sphericity

Average measured variation: maximum of 1.5%.
We measure the football's sphericity at 16 different points and then examine any differences.
If the discrepancy is greater than 1,5% (FIFA PRO Standard), our engineers are tasked with improving the sphericity to ensure a consistent bounce.

Maximum pressure loss

20% in 72 hours.

Bounce

Between 55 and 65cm with a maximum difference of 10cm between the ball's highest and lowest bounce. Each ball is dropped 10 times on a steel plate from 2 metres in height.

Precision

Our design team rolls the ball on an inclined surface towards a table. The direction of the trajectory and the variation of the trajectory's angle are measured: maximum acceptable deviation of 5°.

Shape and pressure retention

The ball resists up to 2500 shots against an inclined flat concrete slab at 50 km / h at a distance of 2.5 m.
Circumference increases by a maximum of 1.5 cm.
1.5% variation in sphericity and a maximum of 0.1 bar change in pressure.
