Flip-flops are a must for surfers. Beyond their iconic sunny beach look, they are perfect before and after a surf session: practical, simple, and easy to maintain, they are easy to put on and take off—even with wet feet—leaving your hands free to carry equipment.

DESIGN

At Decathlon, we design our flip-flops taking inspiration from the needs and requirements of surfers, so that they can suit the vast majority. Product designed in Hendaye, in the Basque Country (South-West France). The Decathlon Water Sport Center, located on the banks of the Bidassoa in Hendaye, is our global design centre. This allows us to develop products in direct contact with users and the marine environment.

USE EXAMPLES

We designed these flip-flops for very occasional or seasonal use, for surfers who go to spots with short walking distances (less than 3 km in a day) and easy access: flat land and established paths. They’re perfect for everyone, especially for summer activities.
