      Me and my son have been using these lights on our runs. They are very comfy, they don't shake or move around when I use. Only gripe I have is that they're micro usb to charge, quite fiddly, most things these days are usb c, so a bit annoying, but the charge lasts ages, and you can tell how much is left she. Turning them on with how many red lights are lit on there, I'm not sure that's in the instructions so took me a while to figure out
