HOME DELIVERY

We offer next-day door-to-door home delivery service to ensure you get what you need at your convenience.
Cut-Off Time for Next-Day Home Delivery
To streamline our service and maintain efficiency, we have a cut-off time at 5 PM. This means:
Orders placed before 5 PM will be delivered the next day.
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the following day and delivered day+1 from that time.
Example: If you placed an order on 14th Feb at 5:15PM, after 5PM, your order will be delivered by 16th of Feb.
Please refer to the delivery fee chart below, Please also note this delivery service does not include or provide installation services for voluminous items. And bicycles will be assembled before delivery.

Provinces DELIVERY
To Provinces, we offer 2 to 4 days home delivery service to ensure you get what you need at your convenience.
5PM Cut-Off Time
To streamline our service and maintain efficiency, we have a cut-off time at 5 PM. This means:
Orders placed before 5 PM will be delivered within the next 2 to 4 days.
Example: If you placed an order on 14th Feb at 4:59PM, before 5PM, your order will be processed and delivered by 18th of Feb.
Orders placed after 5 PM will be be delivered within the next 3 to 5 days
Example: If you placed an order on 14th Feb at 5:15PM, after 5PM, your order will be processed and delivered the next day on 15th Feb, and delivered by 19th of Feb.
Please also note that :
Provincial delivery service does not include or provide installation services for voluminous items, and bicycles will be assembled before delivery.
We could NOT deliver door-to-door service to all locations in Cambodia. Door-to-door delivery address is subject to availability based on our last mile partners. We are committed to having your order ready for collection! The best part is... IT IS ABSOLUTELY FREE!
Simply place your order online, choose your preferred store, receive an email notification and come to collect your package in half-day or within the next 3 days.
Don't forget to bring your notification email for verification purposes! You can also forward your email to someone else for collection on your behalf.
