How does the new United Membership Program work?

By becoming a member, you can collect points with every purchase. These points can then be exchanged for vouchers to get the best deals on your future purchases.

Why is it called “new” membership program?

We have redesigned our previous program, Decathlon XXX* to offer our loyal sport enthusiasts even better rewards. Those who were members previously, and wish to continue their memberships, will be automatically migrated to the new program.

How can I become a member?

If you already have a Decathlon account, just sign in on your mobile or PC and start collecting points with every purchase.
To become a brand new member, create a Decathlon account with your email address or social accounts. Fill out your favourite store and sports in your profile to receive our personalised offers.

Are there any fees for becoming a member?

No, the Decathlon membership program is 100% free.

Is it possible to unsubscribe from the new membership program?

It is possible to leave the program. When creating a Decathlon account, you automatically join the loyalty program. In order to quit the new loyalty program you have to delete your Decathlon account.
If you were previously a loyalty member before the launch of the new program, you also received an email about how you can leave/unsubscribe the new program.

What can I do with my points?

You can exchange 250 points for 1 voucher worth $5

You can exchange 500 points for 1 voucher worth $10

You can exchange 1000 points for 1 voucher worth $30

You can exchange 2000 points for 1 voucher worth $60

We are constantly working on our reward portfolio, so keep an eye out for new ways to use your points!

How do I collect points?

Points can be earned with every purchase. Scan your Decathlon card at checkout in the store or log in to your account for online purchases in order to receive your points. Check the Membership Homepage to have the details of the earning rules.
We also want to encourage you to sustainable decisions by buying eco-friendly products. So we decided to reward you with double points for every Ecodesign product you purchase. We will launch some special events with special rules, be aware of those offers receiving the Program Communication.

Where can I find my membership card?

The new loyalty program uses a digital barcode instead of a physical card to make your shopping experience easier. However, if you had a physical card before, you can still use it in the stores. You can find your loyalty barcode in the Decathlon mobile application, at the bottom of each email received from Decathlon or you can download from your Decathlon Account page (in any browser).
If you have trouble finding your account, you can ask for help at our helpdesk or from our colleagues at any Decathlon store.

How can I make sure that I will receive points after my purchase?

When purchasing in store, simply scan your personal Decathlon Barcode at the checkout. If needed, this barcode can be accessed at any time on the Decathlon app or on the Decathlon account website. If you are shopping online, make sure you are logged in to your account and you will receive your points automatically when your order is shipped.

Is there a limit on the number of points I can earn by purchasing products?

No, there is no limit on the amount of points you can earn.

What purchases are taken into account by the new loyalty program?

The purchases taken into account are the following:
all products and services sold in stores, on online store, on the mobile application.

Only purchases of gift cards and delivery costs are not counted.

I placed an order online, when will I receive my points?

You will receive your loyalty points after shipping is complete.

I didn’t get my points or received an incorrect number of points for my purchase. What can I do?

Please check if your loyalty card was scanned for in-store purchases, or if you had logged in to your account before completing your purchase online.

Can I earn points for my purchases made in Decathlon stores outside of my country?

In the current state of the loyalty program you can only earn points when purchasing products in Decathlon stores within a country with the membership Program. Ask our collaborators in store and they will confirm you if will earn points.

What happens to my points if I return a product?

During a return…
if you decide to exchange your product for another, you will keep the points acquired during your first purchase
if you wish to be reimbursed (regardless of the method of reimbursement), the points related to the purchase will be withdrawn from your account.

Does the cost of the shipment of my order will give me extra points ?

Unfortunatly no, the points are calculated only on the amount of the purchase of products in store and online.

Why did I receive a message telling me that my points are about to expire?

Points are valid for X months after they were registered. This message is to inform you about the quantity of points which will soon expire in order to avoid losing them.
