      Good value for a bike to commute around to and fro work.

      Points of improvement below.
      Bottom bracket is noisy and suspected bearing failure - makes lot of noise for a 2 month old bike.
      Grip shifter is finicky and very loose, not good for precise dialing in of the derailer, occasionally over-shifts more than 1st gear. Please consider refreshing the model with trigger shifter instead.
      Either brake pads are old and/or are bad quality - generates a LOT of brake dust.
      Seat post can be a bit longer.

      The bike had scratches all over including a deep scratch on the seat rack. It was also very dirty with scruff and dirt on it. The tyre was also worn out and looked used. I wanted it exchanged for another but the the shop assistant insisted it was a brand new item that had just been delivered from their overseas warehouse even though it clearly looked used. The only thing he did was to use some detergent and cloth to clean the marks and dirt off and insist that it was new again. Feel cheated that I got a clearly used product.

      I liked the design and it was working well until the handle soddenly couldn’t turn. It was quite scary. Luckily it was within 3 month free check up period and they fixed it. I just hope no more sudden issue will happen in the future.
