Which size of boxing mouthguard should you get?
To determine the right mouthguard size for you, you'll need a ruler or tape measure.
If the distance between your upper canines is less than 37 mm, go for size M.
If it's more than 37 mm, you'll need size L!
Remember that it's essential to mould your mouthguard before you first use it.

How to mould this mouthguard
This single-material mouthguard comes with a handle to make it easier to mould.
Before you first use it, submerge the mouthguard in boiling water for 35 seconds, then use the handle to pick it up and mould it to your mouth.

How to look after your boxing mouthguard

- Dry it
- Store it in the box that comes with it
- Clean it occasionally by brushing it with a toothbrush and toothpaste
- For maximum protection, change your mouthguard once a year or if it shows any signs of wear.
