      What are the tips for using the kids’ water Flask 100?

      Stainless steel is not isothermal. Use a specially designed, insulating bag if you want to keep liquids cool in your water bottle.
      Suitable for fizzy drinks.
      Be aware that this flask can be used for hot drinks but they get cold quickly and the flask will get very hot and even boiling.
      Do not put in the microwave or freezer.

      What are the features of the Flask 100?

      The cap has a wide, portable handle for carrying by hand or attaching by snap hook.
      The wide spout (Ø 3.6 cm) makes it easy to fill and maintain. If you’re not a fan of wide spouts, choose another cap type, like the 500.
      The product is compatible with other caps in the range available individually, the 500 (ref. 8575855) for a sportier look and use, and the 100 in plastic (ref. 8826118).

      What are the regulations regarding the materials used to make the Flask 100?

      Our products and materials meet the food contact standards in force. They do not contain Bisphenol A (BPA) in accordance with the French regulations in force. We have chosen to use 18/8 (304) stainless steel for the flask's body, recognised for its food safety and for the top, a heat and shock resistant polypropylene.

      How do you look after your Flask 100

      Before first use, wash and rinse the entire product 3 times.

      For optimal washing and drying:
      1. Separate all parts;
      2. Wash them with soapy water by hand (a fine brush for) or dishwasher safe;
      3. Rinse them in clean water;
      4. Leave to dry separately, the cap should remain open when drying.

      In the event of odours, leave the bottle to soak for a night in a water bottle and vegan bicarbonate.

      Is the insulated Flask 100 repairable?

      Our water bottles are great solutions when going on a hike.
      Over time, some parts may wear out or break.
      To help with repairs, we make the most common parts accessible to you to make them easy to replace.

      Llevo usándola menos de una semana, y el tapón se está deshaciendo por dentro. Cada vez que se cierra y se abre, se desprenden trozos de plástico del tapón y cuando bebes sientes una textura arenosa. No creo que cumpla los protocolos de salud.

      Je vous remercie pour votre retour concernant notre gourde 100 Inox Quechua. Je suis désolée pour la gêne occasionnée.

      Il n’est effectivement pas normal que l’eau prenne un goût métallique.

      Dans un premier temps, je vous conseille de laisser tremper votre gourde toute une nuit dans de l’eau avec du bicarbonate de soude.

      Si le problème persiste, je vous invite à vous rendre en magasin afin qu’un diagnostic soit réalisé. En fonction de celui-ci, un échange ou un remboursement pourra vous être proposé.

      Oproti hliníkovým lahvím není vnitřek potažen plastem - díky tomu se lahev snadno čistí (pokud v ní zapomenu delší dobu vodu a lahev již úplně nevoní, stačí ji vyčistit kartáčem s jarem a je jako nová).

      Těsnění ve víčku téměř ani po roce není plesnivé, to se mi zatím u jiné lahve nestalo. Voda nemá žádnou pachuť, uzávěr neprotýká a sám od sebe se nepovoluje. Na otevření stačí necelá 3/4 otočka. Praktické madlo na přenesení nebo upevnění v batohu. Lahev je vyrobena ve Španělsku.
