Why the ab wheel is so essential
This accessory is a must-have for strengthening your abs. It trains both visible muscles (your six pack) and deep muscles. Core work can improve your posture and strengthen your abdominal belt.
But be forewarned, although it looks simple, you need to use good technique to avoid back pain when using the ab wheel!

Why you should strengthen your core
A strong core is essential for all sports, but also in everyday life. It improves your posture and strength while preventing injury and helping you feel better while doing those everyday chores.
Working the abs, obliques and lower back strengthens your entire core. Without these muscles, you wouldn't be able to stand up straight.

Why use the dual mode ab wheel
We redesigned this ab wheel so it can be used by even the most experienced athletes.
But what really changed? We made the unstable mode much more unstable so that seasoned athletes can keep challenging themselves!

A few tips to avoid injury
Prevent injury by tensing your core and keeping your back flat, not arched. Tucking in your pelvis will help.
If you're just getting started with the Ab Wheel, don't try to push yourself too far forward. To prevent too great a range of movement, train in front of a wall or door that will stop you.
The Ab Wheel is not recommended for those with back problems or who are not used to working out their abs.
