I had the previous version of these from Decathlon (the red ones) and these have a fraction of the grip on the bottom, so they WILL slide around on a wood floor and even on a yoga mat - whether doing push ups, downward dog, or planks.
The handles are smaller and rounder than the old red ones which is nice for woman hands, but I'd rather they we're so cheap with the traction pads on the bottom. They're close to useless unless, I imagine, you're on carpet. You can use them but you will slide and that's no good if you're older, sore, or have a bad back.
