      Its patented "push & fold" system allows you to open and close it in under 2 seconds at the push of a button. Its height adjusts with the same ease.

      Is this rack safe to use?

      Ultra-reinforced at the base and pegs, this rack provides excellent stability and keeps from tipping in case of an imbalance, such as when half of the weight is removed from one side.
      To comply with EU standards and Decathlon safety standards, we tested it:
      - up to 300 kg without breakage
      - on a slope of up to 10% without tipping

      Each peg is connected to the other to prevent trouble with re-racking.

      Is this fold-down rack truly for all sizes?

      Just like with all products we design, the key word for the design of this rack has been flexibility.
      - The height adjusts to adapts to all body types up to 1.95 m.
      - The maximum bar height is 160 cm.

      For shorter heights, or for decline bench presses, we have adapted a safety rest that allows you to go from 90 cm to 75 cm.

      How does this fold-down rack allow you to effectively build muscle?

      Decent for a cheap rack

      Mine had one leg welded slightly off and the tolerances for 2 screws were 1 mm off. Made inserting screws and assembly a full workout and that's from someone assembling stuff for living. Its sturdy so not that big of a deal, but annoying. It needs a longer barbel than mine, but I was planning to upgrade it so not a big deal for me, but keep in mind its made for 2 meter ones. I wouldn't recommend if you train at max load. Get something stronger. In general cheap and quite enough for a home workout.

Гриф длиной 1,80 м не помещается, что может быть неудобно для многих пользователей. Кроме того, конструкция сильно расхлябана, особенно при выдвижении направляющих для приседаний. При нагрузке в половину от максимального разрешенного веса все начинает шататься, и становится страшно ставить штангу.

      Yaklaşık 2 haftadır kullanıyorum. En büyük avantajı kesinlikle kullanım dışındayken az yer kaplaması. Daha önce rack500 iade etmiş biri olarak eğer evinizde/kullanacağınız alanda yer probleminiz varsa tercihiniz bu ürün olsun. Fakat yerden yana problem yoksa barfiks seçeneği olması sebebiyle rack500 düşünmenizi tavsiye ederim. Ürünü decathlonun 93kg lık seti ile kullanıyorum. 1,75m uzunluğundaki bara ağırlık taktığımda ağırlıklar ile rack kenarları arasında yaklaşık 1,5-2 cm lik mesafe kalıyor. 1,75m altındaki barlar ile kullanmanız mümkün olmayacaktır. 1,75m bar ile bile ara ara ağırlıkların kenarlara çarptığı anlar yaşıyorum. Genel olarak evinde spor yapmak isteyen, özellikle alanı da geniş olmayan tüm sporseverlere tavsiye ediyorum.

      Très stable, très bonne capacité de charge. Je ne le plie pas et il reste en place vu mon usage.
      Il me sert bien et fait office de barre de danse pour ma fille en plus.
      Seul petit bemol, pour faire des developpés couchés inclinés il n'est pas facile de placer correctement le banc en dessous avec la transverse qui réunit les chandelles. Cela dit, ça permet une excellente stabilité et c'est le plus important.

Ürünü decathlonun 93kg lık seti ile kullanıyorum. 1,75m uzunluğundaki bara ağırlık taktığımda ağırlıklar ile rack kenarları arasında yaklaşık 1,5-2 cm lik mesafe kalıyor. 1,75m altındaki barlar ile kullanmanız mümkün olmayacaktır. 1,75m bar ile bile ara ara ağırlıkların kenarlara çarptığı anlar yaşıyorum.       Super qualitatif, je viens de le monter et je n'ai eu que une ou deux vis un peu récalcitrantes à forcer un peu. Du reste, je n'ai pas lu le descriptif total jusqu'au bout et donc je le partage en commentaire : Attention à la barre, il faut qu'elle fasse au moins 2m, les chandelles sont assez éloignées.

      Très stable, très bonne capacité de charge. Je ne le plie pas et il reste en place vu mon usage.
      Il me sert bien et fait office de barre de danse pour ma fille en plus.
      Seul petit bemol, pour faire des developpés couchés inclinés il n'est pas facile de placer correctement le banc en dessous avec la transverse qui réunit les chandelles. Cela dit, ça permet une excellente stabilité et c'est le plus important.
